Description:
Job Title : Salesforce CPQ ConsultantRole and Responsibilities :Requirement Gathering :- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements for CPQ processes, including configuring products, pricing, and quoting rules.Solution Design:- Design CPQ solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and leveraging standard Salesforce CPQ functionality.Configuration and Customization:- Configure Salesforce CPQ to implement pricing rules, discount schedules, product configurations, and quote templates.- Develop custom Apex code, triggers, flows, and integrations as needed to extend CPQ functionality.- Conduct thorough testing of CPQ configurations and customizations to ensure they meet business requirements and perform as expected, including unit testing and user acceptance testing.Deployment :- Manage the deployment of CPQ configurations and customizations between Salesforce environments (e.g., sandbox to production) using Flosum/Git.Documentation :- Document CPQ configurations, customizations, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and support ongoing maintenance.User Support :- Provide support to end-users for CPQ-related issues, including troubleshooting errors, resolving data discrepancies, and answering questions about CPQ functionality and processes.- Work closely on Wrike Support Tasks to update and support approvals.- Monitor CPQ performance and identify opportunities for optimization, such as improving quote generation times, streamlining pricing processes, or enhancing user experience.Enhancement Requests :- Evaluate enhancement requests from business stakeholders, analyze their impact on existing CPQ configurations, and implement changes to enhance CPQ functionality or address new requirements.Training :- Provide training during sales enablement and to administrators on how to use CPQ functionality effectively, including creating quotes and explaining new features in the system.Collaboration :- Collaborate with other team members, including Salesforce administrators, developers, business analysts, and the integration team, to ensure seamless integration of CPQ with other Salesforce modules, Workato, and Netsuite, as well as external systems (Wrike).Overall, play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of CPQ functionality within a Salesforce environment to support the organization's sales processes effectively.
