Job Description : - Conducts requirement analysis and definitions for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)- Collaborates with implementation team to ensure overall solutions align with and support the company's strategic plan- Ensures that the deliverables satisfy the business requirements- Provides functional configuration within the Manhattan WMS- Provides functional testing within the Manhattan WMS- Supports training for end users of the Manhattan WMS- Provides support during project design by deploying Manhattan changes (SDN)- Supports data entry into the Manhattan WMS during configuration and testing- Interfaces with internal technical staff and external vendors to define application solutions and resolve problems within the warehouse control system (WCS)- Develops training materials for end users of the Manhattan WMS- Conduct detailed requirement analysis and definitions for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring alignment with business needs. - Collaboration with Implementation Team : Work closely with the implementation team to ensure overall solutions align with and support the company's strategic plan. - Business Requirements Satisfaction : Ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and project objectives. - Functional Configuration : Provide functional configuration within the Manhattan WMS, customizing it to fit specific business processes. - Functional Testing : Conduct functional testing within the Manhattan WMS to ensure configurations and customizations work as intended.- End-User Training : Support training for end users of the Manhattan WMS, ensuring they are proficient in using the system. - Project Support : Provide support during project design phases by deploying changes within Manhattan WMS (SDN) and ensuring successful implementation. - Data Entry Support : Assist with data entry into the Manhattan WMS during configuration and testing phases to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Interface with Technical Staff and Vendors : Work with internal technical staff and external vendors to define application solutions and resolve problems within the warehouse control system (WCS). Essential Experience : - WMS Expertise : 4 to 11 years of hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems, specifically Manhattan WMS. - Requirement Analysis : Proven experience in conducting requirement analysis and definitions for WMS. - Configuration and Testing : Strong experience in functional configuration and testing within Manhattan WMS. - Training Support : Experience in supporting end-user training for WMS. - Project Design Support : Ability to provide support during project design phases, including deploying changes and ensuring alignment with project goals. - Data Entry and Management : Experience in supporting data entry and management within WMS during configuration and testing. Qualifications : Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field. Certifications : Relevant certifications in WMS, Manhattan WMS, or supply chain management are a plus. Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Familiarity with warehouse control systems (WCS) and integration with WMS.Salary : 10-22lpa (ref:hirist.tech)
