If you're eager to leverage your chartered accounting skills in a dynamic environment, explore the details of this exciting opportunity below: Overview Job Title: Chartered Accountant and TAX Lawyer for LatviaCompany: M365ConnectRole Duration: Long-term project (min 12-24 months) Responsibilities: - Manage Documents and Files in SharePoint File Directory. Create and maintain descriptions for each file- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Conduct thorough research on financial regulations, tax laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.- Act as the sole point of contact for all financial activities, including tax-related matters.- Manage Communication between Company Stakeholders (Owners) and financial institutions (EDS/SRS/UR.GOV.LV) in Latvia- Prepare legal documents ready to sign for Stakeholders- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.- Maintain organized and easily accessible financial records for audits or internal reviews.- Manage QuickBooks efficiently to streamline accounting processes.- Identify and implement areas for process improvement.- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, providing clear financial updates and advice.
