Job Role - Business Analyst Experience - 4 to 7 years Location - Chennai Looking for Immediate Joiners only!! Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with 4-6 years of experience in the banking domain. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the banking operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirement Gathering: · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. · Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and processes. 2. Analysis and Documentation: · Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. · Create use cases, process flow diagrams, and other documentation to support project development. 3. Input to Solution Design on customer journey/Business objective · Work closely with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. · Participate in the design and review of system architecture and provide input on usability and functionality. 4. Project Management: · Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting activities. · Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 5. Testing and Validation: · Develop test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet business needs. · Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure defects are identified, tracked, and resolved. 6. Stakeholder Communication: · Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams. · Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks. 7. Continuous Improvement: · Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. · Implement best practices and standards in business analysis. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus. Experience: 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and software such as MS Office, Visio, JIRA, and SQL (Good to have) Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools. Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
