About the job :- The SME will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across our organization- Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures.- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all databases and data sources.- Oversee data governance processes and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.- Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and resolve data quality issues.- Utilize Power BI to create, maintain, and enhance data visualizations and dashboards.Requirements :- Strong experience in data management, data quality assurance, or a related role.- Proven experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.- Extensive experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.- Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.- Knowledge of SQL and other database management systems.- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g, Azure, AWS).Desired Skills and Experience :- Subject matter expert, data management, power BI, quality management (ref:hirist.tech)
