Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient applications using Golang.- Architect and implement robust, high-performance systems that meet business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and workflows.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 10+ years of professional software development experience.- 5+ years of experience with Golang in production environments.- Strong understanding of Go paradigms, idioms, and best practices.- Proficiency in developing, testing, and deploying applications using Golang.- Experience with concurrent programming and building high-throughput systems.- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).- Experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC.- Solid understanding of networking protocols and principles.- Proficiency with version control systems, such as Git.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams (ref:hirist.tech)
