Experience : 8+ yrs. Required Skills :- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Recruiting, and Learning. - Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, customization, and integration. - Proficiency in SAP SF / S/4 HANA implementation methodologies, configuration, and customization. - Experience in integrating SF to SAP S/4 modules. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels as well as with consultants/ system integrators. Typical Skills : - Lead and participate in all phases of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Analyze Business Requirements : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their human resources related requirements, including Functional - Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications by identifying SAP SF and functionalities that meet the company's needs. - Design and configure the SAP SF system accordingly, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. - SAP Configuration: Perform configuration and customization of SAP SF. - Integration Management: Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless.
