Job Scope :Implementation and Configuration : - You will be responsible for implementing and configuring the SAP FPSL module according to the specific requirements of the client.- This involves understanding the financial processes and integrating FPSL with other SAP modules like SAP ERP Financials or SAP S/4HANA Finance.Business Process Analysis : - You will analyze the client's existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization using SAP FPSL.- This requires a deep understanding of both financial accounting principles and SAP FPSL capabilities.Customization and Development : - Depending on the client's needs, you may need to customize the FPSL module or develop enhancements to meet specific business requirements.- This could involve writing custom code, creating custom reports, or integrating with other systems.Integration : - FPSL often needs to be integrated with other SAP modules (e., SAP General Ledger, SAP Bank Analyzer) and external systems.- You will ensure seamless integration to maintain data integrity and enable efficient financial reporting.Testing and Deployment : - You will conduct testing of the configured FPSL system to ensure it meets the business requirements and is free of errors.- You will also support the deployment of FPSL into production environments, including providing user training and documentation.Support and Maintenance : - Post-implementation, you will provide support to users, addressing any issues that arise with the FPSL system.- You may also be involved in ongoing maintenance activities such as applying patches or upgrades.Training and Documentation : - You will create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the FPSL system.- Documentation of configurations and processes is also crucial for knowledge transfer and future reference.Compliance and Regulatory Requirements : - In industries like banking and insurance, adherence to regulatory requirements is critical.- You will ensure that the FPSL system complies with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.Project Management : - Depending on your seniority and the scale of projects, you may also be involved in project management tasks such as planning, resource allocation, and project tracking (ref:hirist.tech)
