Salary : 8 - 25 LPAMandatory Experience Required in : PYTHON & FAST APIJob purpose : Python professional with hands on experience to help BNYM Risk Technology Team in developing features for in-house custom risk engine. The person will be responsible for delivering on in scope user stories. Key Responsibilities :Core skills :- Bachelor or Master degree with 3 to 10 years of strong Python development experience, which includes deploying python code to production- API development experience in at least one of the python-based framework - (Flask, Django, Tornado, FASTAPI)- Experience on Debugging in a python IDE (pycharm, vscode)- Design and implement APIs, deep understanding of REST, SOAP, HTTP etc. along with code optimization- Experience with python packages: Pandas, Numpy, sqlalchemy, pymongo, multiprocessing, asyncio- Experience with Python testing frameworks (Pytest) for unit and integration tests- Experience with data classes and typing support in python (pydantic, pyright)- Experience working with one of the Database i.e MongoDB- Experience in projects managed in accordance with AGILE (SCRUM) methodology, Git etc.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder management skills Nice to have :- Experiences in market risk, or/and counterparty credit risk, and/or front office risk (ref:hirist.tech)
