Description:

Responsibilities :- Collaborate effectively with network administrators, software developers, and other IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Proactively research and stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application within our organization.- Test and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot and resolve any problems that arise, and perform routine maintenance tasks.- Actively participate in the evaluation and requirements gathering phases of client contracts, demonstrating a strong understanding of their business needs.- Propose solutions and oversee the implementation of hardware and software solutions that align with client operational requirements.- Contribute to project vision and work breakdown structures, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.- Identify and mitigate potential operational risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables.- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.Requirements :- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role, such as Service Desk Lead, IT Support Specialist, IT Project Coordinator, or DevOps Associate.- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) is mandatory for this position.- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field (preferred).- Strong foundation in technology solutions, system implementation, and end-user support (ref:hirist.tech)
