Description:
Responsibilities :- Manage the organization's physical and virtual servers, as well as server virtualization tools, aligning with IT strategy set by the Infrastructure Manager.- Oversee cloud server platforms and all associated resources across various providers (e.g, Azure, AWS).- Administer and maintain Active Directory, including creating and managing Organizational Units (OUs) in collaboration with IT Operations and HR. - You'll also monitor and control the structure of these OUs for optimal user management.- Handle escalated cases related to cloud and on-premises server infrastructure, resolving complex requests and incidents effectively.- Document procedures, configurations, and processes related to both cloud and on-premises server infrastructure within the designated knowledge management system (e.g, Confluence).- Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and equivalent cloud-based functionalities (e.g, UEM) to enable/disable operating system components for various groups based on organizational policies.- Provide expert administration for critical services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, SMTP, LDAP, AAA, and any others as needed, in coordination with the NetOps Coordinator.- Manage device and server licensing with various providers (e.g, Azure, Office 365), including contract negotiations and handling additional purchases aligned with IT infrastructure strategies.Requirements :- 8-11 years of demonstrable experience as an IT Systems Operations (SysOps) Infrastructure Coordinator or a similar role.- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) is mandatory for this position.- In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server 2019 and related administration tools.- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) and their management consoles.- Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of database management (SQL) along with scripting languages like Ansible, Python, or Node.js (a plus).- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems and Informatics, or Electronic Engineering (preferred) (ref:hirist.tech)
