Description:

Responsibilities :- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications across various platforms (iOS, Android).- Conduct thorough functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and proactively address potential issues.- Collaborate effectively with developers to reproduce, analyze, and resolve reported defects, ensuring timely resolution.- Craft clear and concise defect reports, documenting steps to reproduce and providing essential supporting details.- Champion continuous improvement within the mobile testing domain, actively seeking ways to optimize processes and methodologies.- Stay at the forefront of the industry by mastering the latest mobile app testing tools and techniques.- Perform root cause analysis of defects to identify underlying issues and prevent future occurrences.- Foster seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of high-quality mobile apps.Requirements :- 8-12 years of demonstrable experience as a Mobile App Test Engineer or a similar role.- In-depth understanding of mobile application testing methodologies, including best practices, tools, and frameworks.- Proven track record of designing and executing effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.- Proficiency with bug tracking systems (e.g, Jira) and version control tools (e.g, Git).- Solid experience in conducting functional, regression, and performance testing for mobile apps on various platforms.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster strong relationships with development teams and stakeholders.- Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) (ref:hirist.tech)
