Job Description :Key Responsibilities :1. Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design :- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including system architecture, data model design, integration strategies, and user experience optimization.- Analyze client needs, identify technical challenges, and propose innovative Salesforce solutions to address complex business problems.2. Team Leadership and Mentorship :- Groom and mentor a team of Salesforce architects, developers, and consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.- Provide hands-on guidance and support to team members in technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.- Lead by example, driving collaborative problem-solving sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.3. POVs, White Papers, and Delivery Leadership :- Write and present insightful Points of View (POVs), white papers, and presentation decks on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions.- Lead the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-impact client presentations and demonstrations.4. Proactive Leadership and Innovation :- Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and market trends, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.- Lead the ideation and development of Go-To-Market (GTM) solutions, proofs of concept (POCs), and prototype implementations in the Salesforce ecosystem.- Drive thought leadership initiatives, representing the organization in Salesforce conferences, forums, and industry events.Qualifications and Experience :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation, with a focus on leading delivery teams and driving strategic initiatives.- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Einstein Analytics.- Experience leading large teams in Salesforce projects, with a focus on mentorship, team development, and performance management.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional client outcomes.Additional Information :- This is a full-time position based at our location. - Remote work options may be available.- Competitive salary and benefits package offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications.- Opportunity for career growth and advancement within the organization, with a focus on driving thought leadership and innovation in the Salesforce ecosystem.
