(Automatic Storage Management) & Participated in DR Exercises which included planning and execution of the same. - Hands-on in handling a large number of DBs and huge databases & Backup configurations and restore, recovering as per application requirement. - Experience in DR drills such as Failover/Fallback. - Experience in ITIL, ISO process workflow, and Service management skillsets - Be a Single Points of Contact for the project. - Bring innovation to individual assignments and team deliverables by finding ways to be efficient and effective. - Contribute to relevant technology practice initiatives and discussions and work towards leading org. initiatives.Requirements- Having good Oracle/ PostgreSQL/MySql DBA experience in AWS cloud environment.- Having extensive experience in AWS cloud (Mandatory)- Proficient in Oracle, Data Guard, RMAN & OEM (Mandatory)- Hands-on experience migrating database to cloud (Mandatory)- Expertise in managing databases in a cloud environment, preferable RDS. (Mandatory)- Hands-on experience in Lambda / Cloud formation / Service catalog (Mandatory)- Having good experience in administrating PostgreSQL and MySql- Increase Security and enhance Compliance in AWS- Proactively maintain the overall health of all databases- Troubleshoot performance and stability issues.- Proficiency in Unix shell script. -Proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL.- Ability to apply software maintenance upgrades (including security patches) and fixes.- Monitoring backups of the database on a regular basis and work with the backup team.- Monitoring space management at database and server level.- Identify Business Critical alerts from all production databases and find a root cause and solution.- Monitoring oracle physical standby and replicas and rebuild / re-sync if necessary.- Ability to perform Code Deployments.- Check for the database's long-running queries and provide recommendations.
