ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Mandatory skills required : WAF, DLP, EDR, MDM, Cloud security, IAM, IRM.Tool Operations and Optimization :- Oversee the day-to-day operations of WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy systems.- Optimize and fine-tune configurations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these tools.Deployment :- Lead the deployment of new instances and updates for WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy technologies.- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Administrative Duties :- Perform administrative tasks related to WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy platforms.- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.Security and Compliance :- Implement and enforce security policies across all key tools to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address security challenges.Troubleshooting and Support :- Provide expert-level support for any issues related to WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy systems.- Collaborate with the support team to resolve escalated incidents in a timely manner.Team Collaboration :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align IT solutions accordingly.- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the IT team.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.PREFERRED SKILLS :- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security tools.- Proven experience in deploying, administering, and optimizing WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy solutions.- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.- Experience in leading and managing IT projects from inception to completion.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
