Job Title: Oracle HCM ConsultantLocation: Hyderabad/Remote (India)Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole & Responsibilities :1. Oracle HCM Lead (Global & Core HR)- Configure and manage Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Global and Core HR.- Utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data migration and management.- Manage security configurations using the Security Console.- Oversee Absence Management processes and configurations.2. Oracle HCM Consultant (Absence and OTL)- Configure and manage Oracle HCM Cloud Absence and OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) modules.- Map business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to meet business needs.3. Oracle HCM Lead - Payroll- Lead the implementation and management of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module.- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and business requirements.- Optimize payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.4. Technical Developer- Lead cloud implementation projects focusing on technical aspects.- Utilize FBDI (File-Based Data Import), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and HDL for data management and conversion.- Develop and manage Fast Formulas, data extracts, and technical objects.- Write and optimize SQL and PLSQL code for various HCM technical requirements.Key Skills :- Oracle HCM Cloud Configuration- HDL (HCM Data Loader)- Security Console- Absence Management- OTL (Oracle Time and Labor)- Payroll- FBDI (File-Based Data Import)- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)- Data Conversion- Fast Formula- Extracts- SQL- PLSQL- HCM Technical ObjectsPreferred Candidate Profile :- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Exhibits excellent organizational and time-management abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within deadlines.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
