Job Description :Aner Group, Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer (back end systems) to join our India-based team. You will be joining a high-performance team and solving challenges ranging from building SaaS platforms to complex data engineering pipelines. If you like the challenge of working with different technology stacks and building scalable, fault-tolerant systems, you might be a good fit.Roles And Responsibilities :- Designing software system architecture and implement scalable (micro) services, applications, and APIs.- Work across teams to understand product requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver the solutions needed to build innovative products.- Utilize and contribute to software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD, observability, test automation, etc.)- Mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert on a variety of technical areas.Required skills :- BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field- Expertise in one or more mainstream languages Java, Python, or C/C++- Experience with modern frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Django, Flask, etc.- Prior experience with message-oriented architectures, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ- Deep understanding of CS fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms and expert software engineering skills with focus on OOAD and API design and development- Strong grasp of code performance analysis methods and techniques like asymptotic runtime analysis of algorithms, code profiling and memory analysis- Working knowledge of relational database design, writing complex SQL queries- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Basic Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.- 6+ years of building real world software applications with at least 1+ in a lead role- 3+ years working with large RDMBS systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL) including writing complex SQL queries and performing database optimization tasks- 2+ years developing GraphQL/RESTful APIs and web services.- Working knowledge of NoSQL systems like MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
