Step 2 : Clear the interview process.Step 3 : Be a part of the team at Geekay Infotech!EXPERIENCE :Duties you'll be entrusted with : - Proven work experience as a Windows administrator is preferred.- Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.- Ability to create scripts in PowerShell (Optional) - Experience with databases, patch management, and networks, including LAN and WAN.- Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms.- Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMs.- Knowledge of Active Directory and related components.- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, FTP, Office 365 or equivalent email solution - Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.- Knowledge of server vulnerability analysis and hardening of servers.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.- Managing user access.- Monitoring system performance.- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution.- Expertise in Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 System administration - Experience in application and production support.- Should be flexible to work in an operational environment, rotational shifts.- Be able to have discussions/negotiations with vendors/contractors.- Good communication skills.Basic Requirements :- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Windows Administrator- Bachelor's degree, Diploma/IN./ BSc IT / Any Graduate.- Good communication skills are used to support various technical issues.- Should have worked on Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, or other standard software- Efficient problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities- Additional technical Windows base certification will be preferable (ref:hirist.tech)
