Designation: Branch Manager PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for branch productivity. Adherence to process, disbursement Collection etc. Should have potential to take the initiative in building a growing customer base. Responsible for recruitment of relationship managers for particular branches. Responsible for managing Profit and loss of a branch and ensuring profitability of strategic SBU. Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels, NPA sales and direct customer interaction. Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA. DESIRED SKILLS: A graduate / P.G in any discipline. Minimum 4 to 5 year of experience LAP / Business loan. Must have team handling Experience
