Network Development: Set up and expand the distribution network. Productivity Targets: Achieve login and disbursement productivity targets. Portfolio Quality: Build a quality portfolio in the market ensuring zero delinquency. Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Micro Mortgage team to generate leads. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work as a team with cross-functional groups. Skills: Experience: 3-4 years of experience with Banks/NBFCs dealing in LAP products. Client Servicing: Excellent client servicing skills. Financial Analysis: Strong financial analytical skills. Communication: Excellent communication skills.
