Job Description :Adreso is hiring a Security Operations and Architecture Principal for an international managed services firm in North Goa. If you possess expertise in leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of security systems to protect IT infrastructure, data assets, and information systems, and are adept at mitigating security risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, apply now!What we are looking for :- Minimum 8 years of experience.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).- Proven experience in security operations and architecture, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, tools, and practices, including threat detection, incident response, encryption, network security, and frameworks.- Demonstrated leadership in team management, prioritization of work, and reviewing system changes.- Preferably experience in building business partnerships to achieve common objectives.- Proficiency in MSP, Active Directory, AWS, Oracle, Azure/Entra, and other Cloud technologies, Linux access control, secure authentication, cloud architecture, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS solutions, PowerShell scripting, Network Security, security tools (endpoint security, SIEM, phishing simulation, vulnerability management, web application firewalls, email security).- Experience in leading Information Systems delivery organizations, effective communication with stakeholders, project management, and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
