Job Description :- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with a focus on AEM Forms. - Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise-level AEM Forms solutions. - Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML. - Expertise in Java, JSP, and OSGi framework. - Extensive experience with RESTful web services and system integration. - Advanced knowledge of databases and SQL. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Architect, design, and develop advanced AEM Forms solutions, including adaptive forms, document services, and form data models. - Ensure integration of AEM Forms with various systems and services, such as web services, databases, and third-party APIs. - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for AEM Forms solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members. - Establish and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices. - Customize and configure AEM Forms to meet complex business requirements and improve user experience. - Design and manage form workflows, approval processes, and data storage strategies. - Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content authors, project managers, and other developers, to deliver integrated solutions.
