Job Title: IT HeadLocation: Bangalore, KA, IndiaExperience: - 10+ years in Retail, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Magento, with Cloud and Network expertise.Job Description:Overview:We are seeking an experienced IT Head with a strong background in Retail, possessing over 10 years of hands-on experience.- The ideal candidate should be proficient in Magento and Dynamics 365, with a solid understanding of Cloud technologies and Network management.Responsibilities:1. Leadership and Strategy :- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the overall business goals.- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.2. Retail Systems Expertise :- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Magento and Microsoft Dynamics 365.- Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of retail systems.3. Cloud Technology :- Design and implement Cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability, performance, and security.- Stay updated on emerging Cloud technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.4. Network Management :- Manage and optimize the organization's Network infrastructure.- Ensure a secure and reliable Network environment that supports business operations.5. Vendor Management :- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select IT solutions.- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure service levels are met.6. Security and Compliance :- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.7. Project Management :- Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.8. Team Development :- Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff to foster a high-performance culture.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development.9. Budget Management :- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Qualifications :- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT roles within the Retail industry.- Proven experience with Magento and Microsoft Dynamics 365.- Strong background in Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Network Management.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
