Job Description :Position Title : Senior Technical Manager - US Health Care/Life ScienceLocation : PuneExperience : 15-20 yearsRole Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading agile product and digital engineering teams, with a focus on the US healthcare or life science industry. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the overall success of the company.Responsibilities :- Lead an agile team of developers, QAs, and cloud architects in designing clinical data solutions.- Utilize prior experience in building solutions for Epic EMR clinical data access and integrations.- Leverage expertise in patient health data from HL7, FHIR, and other clinical interoperability platforms.- Foster a culture focused on delivering high-quality and complex clinical analytics solutions.- Provide hands-on technical leadership in solution architecture, design, and delivery using Angular, .NET, and NodeJS.- Develop team capabilities aligned with the latest clinical data compliance, privacy, and web technology skills.- Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.- Understand projects under purview and identify resource and skillset risks, working with delivery leadership on hiring plans.- Ensure technical architecture quality and excellence based on guidelines provided by the CTO office.- Evaluate all projects and change orders for their impact on tactical plans, budgets, and SOW/MSA compliance.Who We Are Looking For :- 10-15 years of technology leadership experience, including successfully managing high-performing clinical system teams.- Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.- Proven track record in clinical healthcare projects using HL7, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR integrations.- Direct hands-on expertise in creating applications and solutions using Epic EMR capabilities.- End-to-end solution lifecycle implementation skills using modern web technologies like .Net, Angular, and NodeJS.- Passion for staying current with the latest technology advancements in the clinical healthcare space.- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.- Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and reporting.
