Roles & Responsibilities :- 12+ years of Strong experience in HTML5, JavaScript, Typescript, UI framework (Angular), Firebase- Previous work in projects involving web app frontend, mobile frontend, and backend microservices technologies- Experience in the Ionic framework (Optional)- Familiarity with React-Native WebView- Proficient in UX design tools (Figma), design patterns (MVVM)- Experience in REST, JSON, analyzing log files, and tools-based debugging- Good experience in designing systems/subsystems involving at least four external interfaces, including SQL-like databases, Lucene-like search engines, REST, publish-subscribe, request-response, time-based, and event-based- Proven track record of successful project execution- Experience in managing a development team of 5 to 10, including technical project execution, guidance, and nurturing- Strong problem analysis skills and deep involvement in solving field/production issues- Coordination with Architect, Test team, Sales team, UX team- Proficient in analyzing & resolving functional issues and performance bottlenecks- Experience in software testing- Close collaboration with other functional teams- Excellent communication skills- Ability to independently own activities- Worked in an Agile environmentResponsibilities :- Understand system and business requirements- Manage a development team of 5 to 10, providing development strategy, overseeing project execution, and offering technical guidance- Continuously apply design and anti-design patterns- Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting and resolving field/production issues- Develop pseudocodes, sample reference code, and bug fixes- Debug, analyze, and guide the team in resolving functional and performance issues- Ensure Verification & Validation (Requirement coverage - 100%, Code coverage - 100%, Load & Stress)- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders- Raise defects, take actionable steps, and track them to closure- Handle documentation responsibilities- Leverage commercially-friendly open-source technologies- Take ownership of the team- Assist in recruiting and nurturing the teamJob Location : Bangalore (Work From Office) (ref:hirist.tech)
