Responsibilities :- Configure and manage Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) to automate quoting processes and improve sales efficiency.- Create and maintain accurate product configurations, pricing rules, and discounts within CPQ.- Generate professional and customized quotes for customers using CPQ functionalities.- Manage product bundles, subscriptions, and complex pricing models within CPQ.- Integrate CPQ with other Salesforce applications (i.e., Sales Cloud, Opportunity Management) to ensure a seamless user experience.- Analyze CPQ data to identify opportunities for process optimization and improved quote accuracy.- Train and support sales teams on using CPQ effectively for faster deal cycles.- Collaborate with sales operations and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing maintenance of CPQ.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce CPQ features and functionalities.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ or similar configuration tools.- Strong understanding of sales processes, quoting procedures, and pricing models.- Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration (a plus).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively train and support others.- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy (ref:hirist.tech)
