Job Description :Key Responsibilities :Data Analysis and Reporting :- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from Salesforce and other business systems.- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Salesforce reporting tools and other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform business strategy and operations.Salesforce Administration :- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of various departments.- Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.Business Intelligence and Insights :- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.- Design and implement BI solutions that provide stakeholders with easy access to key metrics and insights.- Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to utilize BI tools and interpret data reports.Project Management :- Lead BI projects from inception to completion, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment.- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.Qualifications :Education :Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience :- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role.- Proven experience with Salesforce administration and reporting.- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.- Experience with SQL and data visualization techniques.Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Preferred Qualifications :- Salesforce certifications (e., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
