Responsibilities : - Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential growth opportunities within the ambulatory care market.- Develop and execute long-term product roadmaps aligned with the company's vision for the future of ambulatory care solutions.- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and ownership within the product development process.- Partner closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure product initiatives align with overall business objectives.- Own the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to market leadership, driving successful launches and exceeding customer expectations.- Translate market insights and user research findings into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and user stories that align with the company's strategic goals.- Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for successful product development.- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and adherence to quality standards.- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and communicate the product roadmap effectively to all stakeholders.- Analyze product usage data and user feedback to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future iterations.- Participate in product demonstrations and presentations to educate both internal teams and potential clients on the value proposition of our ambulatory care solutions.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in ambulatory care technology.Qualifications : - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products, preferably within the ambulatory care market.- Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading and executing complex product development initiatives from initial concept to market launch.- Strong experience conducting user research and translating user needs into actionable product requirements.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams across departments.- Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a team of Product Managers.- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions.- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.- Experience with product management tools and frameworks (e.g, Jira, Confluence) is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
