Frontend React Developer:Location : Gurgaon/RemoteUnited We Care, an AI-enabled Mental Health company, is seeking a talented and experienced Frontend React Developer to join our team. As a Frontend React Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining user interfaces for our web-based applications. Your expertise in React.js and frontend technologies will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and intuitive user experience. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product managers to create innovative solutions that positively impact the mental health of our users. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to make a difference in people's lives, this is the perfect opportunity.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain user-friendly, performant, and scalable user interfaces using React.js and related frontend technologies.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand and translate project requirements into technical solutions.- Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across different devices and browsers.- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.- Optimize application performance and improve user experience.- Conduct thorough testing of frontend features to ensure high-quality and bug-free software.- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend defects and issues reported by users.- Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies, and continuously improve your technical skills.- Collaborate with other team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on React.js.- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.- Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and package managers such as Webpack and npm.- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.- Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.- Ability to work in an agile development environment and deliver high-quality software within deadlines.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Passion for mental health and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.Location: This position is based in Gurgaon, India.
