Job Role We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineers/ Senior Site Reliability Engineers to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. Responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, automate infrastructure provisioning and self-service integrations to help internal teams or customers. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely. Roles & Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure using AWS. Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and ensure smooth delivery of applications. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to services. Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are designed for reliability and performance. Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of our infrastructure. Ensure security best practices are followed and compliance requirements are met. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members. Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls . Desired Skills and Experience Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related field. Extensive experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC. Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code. Strong experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (ISO-27001, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) is a plus. Should be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-off's Good to have : Experience with other cloud providers such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java. Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef. Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer). Educational and Professional Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
