Roles and responsibilities: Creating/ordering the cases on behalf of FADV on the portal Ensuring TAT and SLA is well maintained as per the Client's requirement Handling and interfacing the client (from the client's site) for all BGV related processes and resolve queries Managing the daily report / dashboard for tracking progress Responsible for end-to-end BGV delivery as the Client SPOC Building the collaboration and trust with the client for best output Skills required: Exceptional communication skills Excellent MS skills Presentation skill Good English writing / speaking skills to communicate with US based recruiters Interpersonal skills Ownership Work will involve coordinating with India and US recruiters and candidates, both entry and senior level Should be equipped to handle complex situations and work under pressure Will be handling the entire background check process for India and Global for Quantiphi Should be the bridge and coordinate between FA and Client for accurate and smooth processing of background checks Year of experience: Relevant years of experience basis the above roles (in BGV) for at least 3 years Work Location: Malad West, Mumbai (5 days week with a work from office model)) Qualification: Minimum graduation (any discipline)We are looking for immediate joiners!!!United States Equal Opportunity Employment:First Advantage is proud to be a global leader in removing barriers and supporting our community members to ensure the changing demographics of the workforce are reflected in our hiring and employment practices.
