About the job :Location : Bangalore, MumbaiExperience : 5+ yearsJob Description : We are seeking a skilled SOC Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore and Mumbai. As a SOC Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for verifying complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs by writing 'C' test cases for SoC Design Verification (DV).This role demands a deep understanding of verification methodologies and a strong grasp of hardware description languages.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement 'C' test cases for verifying SoC functionality and performance.- Collaborate closely with design teams to understand SoC architecture and specifications.- Create test plans, test benches, and verification environments.- Execute functional verification, performance verification, and debugging of SoC designs.- Utilize advanced verification methodologies such as UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) or OVM (Open Verification Methodology).- Conduct simulations, analyze simulation results, and identify and debug issues.- Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.Required Skills And Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in SOC verification, with a focus on writing 'C' test cases.- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Tcl for automation tasks.- Experience with verification tools such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, and advanced simulators.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Skills :- Experience with formal verification tools and methodologies.- Familiarity with ARM or RISC-V architectures.- Knowledge of FPGA prototyping and emulation.Benefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge SoC designs in a collaborative environment.- Career growth and advancement opportunities.
