About the Job :- The Product Director's duties include leading the product team, establishing the product vision, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating closely with team members to guarantee that our product satisfies the requirements of both customers and internal stakeholders.- Define and prioritize product features based on business requirements and customer feedback as well as project implementation teams.- Create a clear vision and goals to guide the development team and stakeholders.- Develop and maintain product roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives.- Prioritizing work on the product backlog while the team works on tasks that deliver the most value to the business and customers.- Maintain and do necessary updates of product backlog, including listing, detailing, and product features, requirements, and improvements based on business value or Return on Investment (ROI).- Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to provide feedback, accept features delivered, and adjust product backlog as needed.- Serving as a bridge between the engineering team and stakeholders, including customers, business managers, and others involved with the product.- Ensures all parties have a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements.- Create and maintain product assets such as functional requirement documents, test cases, implementation guides, user guides with stakeholders and update VeriPark Academy contents related with the product.- Participate in the design of the UI/UX and the functional analysis sessions to allow for clear communication of requirements to the engineering team.- Ensuring all quality, usability and reliability standards are met by engineering delivery.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities or existing product improvements.- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.- Provide guidance and support to sales and pre-sales by aiding in defining the sales plan and working with the customers to communicate the value proposition of the product.- Provide guidance and support to professional services department teams on the projects that are implementing the product. Qualification :- Over 15 years of experience in software product management, focusing on applications for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and CRM within the banking and financial services industry.- Demonstrated leadership in product and team management, with a proven track record of successfully managing products and delivering results.- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the banking industry.- Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP and ITIL is advantageous, though not mandatory.- Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 platform is a plus, but not required.- Skilled in collaborating with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners/agencies to develop and implement cohesive strategies.
