Primary Skill : SCCM,M365/Exchange,Active DirectorySecondary Skill : Ivanti,Horizon VDiExp : 7-12 YearsLocation : Bangalore/Hyderabad /Chennai /Pune/Mumbai/NoidaNotice Period : Immediate -15 days onlyJob Description :Preferred Skill sets : Windows Client OS Patching SCCM Ivanti Airwatch M365 Intune Horizon VDI Active Directory LAPS Deskside SupportExchange / M365 support. (Support Tier 1- Tier 2 Incidents and Tickets, Shared Mailbox creation and access, Distribution List creation / maintenance)MS Exchange Operations : - Managing and facilitating regular mailbox provisioning and migration services tied to onboarding - Managing Certificate renewal and testing process - Regular security patching, including more comprehensive Service and Cumulative upgrades - Supporting mailbox access and delegation requests - Supporting Conference Room objects, display names, calendaring requirements (In partnership with PSE AV team)MS Teams / OneDrive / SharePoint Administration and Support : - Maintaining Licensing / Entitlement groups and automated processes to support onboarding - Supporting access requests - Data restores / transfers - Troubleshooting and supporting MS Teams (application support, usability, app integrations, functionality)Roles Responsibilities :- Excellant knowledge on Windows Client operating systems Ivanti and SCCM Administration - Excellant knowledge on Microsoft troubleshooting skills and tools including OS Hardening and Vulnerability assessment - Powershell Scripting - Good Knowledge on Management of Active Directory LAPS - Deploy and configure SCCM infrastructure to support software deployments - Troubleshoot SCCM client and server issues and perform necessary remediation - Work closely with other IT teams to ensure proper integration of SCCM with other systems and tools - Monitor and Maintain the health of SCCM infrastructure including site servers distribution points and clients - Develop and follow upgrade procedures rollback plans and documentation for reference - 3rd party application patching through ivanti tool - Tier 2/3 Break Fix Support includes MS Teams Exchange Onedrive Horizon VDI issues software installation failures - Knowledge on M365 support - Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the upgrade process including compatibility problems connectivity issues or software bugs- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and coordinating with peer teams - Perform other duties as necessary - Related certifications preferable - Focus towards process automation - ITIL Knowledge - Problem Management and Change Management - Provide Level 24 7 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA (ref:hirist.tech)
