Description:
Roles and Responsibilities :- Collibra Solution Development : Design, develop, and implement data governance solutions using the Collibra platform to meet the organization's data governance needs.- Customization: Customize Collibra's out-of-the-box features to align with the organization's specific data governance requirements.- Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models within Collibra that represent data assets, data processes, data lineage, and data stewardship responsibilities.- Integration: Integrate Collibra with other data management and governance tools, databases, and systems to ensure data flows seamlessly across the organization.- Collaboration: Collaborate with data stewards, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and document data governance requirements.- Data Governance Workflows: Develop and configure data governance workflows to automate data governance processes, such as data onboarding, data quality assessment, and data lineage tracking.- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to Collibra users and administrators to ensure they can effectively usethe platform and perform their data governance duties.- Data Quality: Assist in implementing data quality rules, metrics, and monitoring mechanisms within Collibra to ensure data accuracy and integrity.- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Collibra configurations, data models, and customizations.- Best Practices: Stay updated on Collibra best practices and recommend improvements to the data governance processes.Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science,Information Technology, or a related field.- A master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience in Collibra platform development and administration.- Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance Centre,including configuring and customizing the platform.- Must have Collibra certification (e. , Collibra Solutions Architect, Collibra Ranger certification etc.- Strong knowledge of data governance concepts and best practices.- Experience with data modelling and datamanagement.- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Preferred Skills :- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e. , GDPR, CCPA).- Experience with other data governance tools and technologies.- Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or SQL (ref:hirist.tech)
