Description:
Responsibilities :- Participate in the entire S/4HANA Finance implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live.- Configure and maintain S/4HANA Finance modules, including New GL, Parallel Ledgers, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Data Management Engine (DME), and Enterprise Business Systems (EBS).- Integrate S/4HANA Finance with Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Costing.- Develop and maintain interfaces and customizations to meet specific business needs.- Perform product costing calculations and analyze margins.- Configure and manage Account Based COPA (COntrolling profitability Analysis) and Costing Based COPA.- Ensure accurate tax calculations for sales and purchases.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users on S/4HANA Finance processes.- Stay up-to-date on the latest S/4HANA features and functionalities.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).- 8+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.- Minimum of 2-3 years of domain experience in a relevant industry.- Proven experience with at least two complete S/4HANA Finance end-to-end implementation projects.- Strong understanding of core FI functionalities, product costing concepts, and margin analysis techniques.- Hands-on experience with Actual Costing (a plus).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience with developing and maintaining interfaces and customizations (preferred).- Adaptability and willingness to work in a hybrid work environment (2 PM - 11 PM or 12 PM shift) (ref:hirist.tech)
