Job Description: Accountant (Male) - Fresher Position: Accountant Gender Preference: Male Experience Level: Fresher Salary Range: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month Responsibilities: Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting software. Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and vouchers. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, billing, and collections. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist with tax preparation and filing processes. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection policies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of financial processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP (preferred). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Basic understanding of taxation laws and regulations (preferred).
