Description:
Responsibilities:- Execute Place and Route (PnR) of complex blocks using Innovus and FC tools in advanced technology nodes.- Perform full exposure to all aspects of design flows, including floorplanning, placement, Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS), routing, crosstalk avoidance, physical verification (DRC/LVS), Power Delivery Network (PDN), Timing Closure, and power optimization.- Utilize timing analysis techniques to ensure timing closure and meet performance targets.- Implement methodologies and flow automation for better Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) and predictable convergence.- Develop a strong understanding of clocking architecture and its implications on design.- Collaborate closely with design, DFT, and PNR teams to resolve issues related to constraints validation, verification, Static Timing Analysis (STA), and Physical design.- Utilize Tcl/Perl scripting for automation and productivity improvement.- Demonstrate proficiency in Unix command and system for efficient workflow.Requirements:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.- 4-6 years of experience in Physical Design engineering.- Proficiency in tools such as Innovus and FC for executing PnR of complex blocks.- Strong understanding of advanced technologies and design flows.- Experience in timing analysis, PnR, and PV closure methodologies.- Knowledge of clocking architecture and its impact on design.- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Tcl/Perl scripting for automation.- Familiarity with Unix command and system.
