About the Role :We are seeking a motivated and experienced Adobe RoboHelp Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, and implementation of online help systems using Adobe RoboHelp. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of RoboHelp, web development technologies, and technical communication principles to create high-quality, user-centric documentation that effectively supports our users.Responsibilities :Technical Expertise :- Possess a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience developing online help systems using Adobe RoboHelp.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of RoboHelp features and functionalities for creating single-source, multi-channel content.- Possess solid programming skills in ASP.- Net/C#, SQL, and scripting languages like JavaScript (AngularJS, jQuery).- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and potentially WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) is a plus.Version Control and Collaboration:- Proficient in using version control systems like Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar DevOps tools for code management and collaboration.IT Service Management :- Possess an ITIL V3 Foundation certificate or a strong understanding of IT service management best practices.Communication and Documentation :- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, technical writers, and other stakeholders.- Ability to write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation in various formats.Additional Skills :- Experience with content management systems (CMS) for online help delivery is a plus.- Experience with user interface (UI) design principles and best practices is a plus.
