This is a remote position. Our Interest : We are seeking a talented and motivated backend engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Python, Django, and building REST APIs, as well as knowledge of Kafka, ORM queries, relational and NoSQL databases. We are looking for self-starters who are passionate about backend engineering and eager to work with cutting-edge technologies. Must Have : 1. Expert in python. 2. Excellent Knowledge of Python Django Framework. 3. DRF (knowledge about DRF if not worked) 4. Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM) (must have) 5. Good understanding of REST APIs. 6. Should have knowledge about job queues, Kafka, Celery, Gearman. 7. Excellent knowledge of MySQL, Postgres, Mongo DB, Redis cache. 8. Version control (git, GitLab) Good To Have : - Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). - AI, NLP, ML knowledge - DLP (Data Loss Prevention) for PII/sensitive data protection - Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain our backend systems using Python and Django, with an emphasis on building REST APIs. - Design and implement database schemas and queries, using both relational and NoSQL databases. - Integrate with third-party services, including Kafka. - Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate frontend and backend systems. - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our systems. - Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. - Write optimized code and provide out-of-the-box solutions to complex problems. - Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
