Description:
Role : AI Leader (Drive) We are seeking an experienced AI Leader to spearhead the scaling up of our AI practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing AI solutions across the product lifecycle, designing and prototyping AI/ML models, and building a team of AI/ML and data science practitioners to implement these projects effectively.Responsibilities :- Strategize and conceptualize AI solutions to address challenges across the product lifecycle.- Conduct research, design, and prototype AI/ML models, and present findings and recommendations to leadership.- Build and lead a team of AI/ML and data science practitioners, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our product offerings.- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of AI models and algorithms based on feedback and real-world performance.Requirements :- In-depth expertise in implementing LLM models to develop industry-specific enterprise LLM solutions.- Experience with prediction models and predictive modeling techniques.- Proficiency in data science for data modeling and analysis.- Good understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) models, with exposure to relevant frameworks and methodologies.- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure, with the ability to leverage cloud-based resources for AI initiatives.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of leading successful AI projects in a fast-paced environment.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of AI practitioners.- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment toward common goals.- Proven ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
