Principal Responsibilities: - Leading a team of developers, team leads and managers.- Handling complete development ecosystem. - Responsible for implementing modern technologies to fulfill stakeholder expectations.- Responsible for bringing automation to various solutions.- Independent decision-making authority for implementing/revamping the digital platforms.- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the complete application development lifecycle and technical delivery across multiple functions.- Evangelizing the product vision externally and internally based on analysis to determine actionable strategies.- Determining priorities, coaching, and providing feedback on performance to team members. - Plan and manage resources to ensure successful implementations.- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, development, and proposed solutions.- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.- Identify emerging technology trends, especially in SaaS and cloud computing, and ensure that the company is leveraging them when appropriate to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive additional value.- Investigate problem areas.- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.- Prepare status reports and facilitate review meetings.- Identify risks and formally manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with customers.- Facilitate the implementation/support.- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.Eligibility Criteria: Expected Qualification : BE/B-Tech/MCA. Technical Capabilities :- 12-15 years of experience. - Understanding of MVC design patterns. - In-depth knowledge of well-designed, testable, scalable, and efficient code in PHP CodeIgniter. - Strong hands-on development skills of 5-7 years on the CodeIgniter platform. - Experience with MySQL and distributed databases like MongoDB.- Strong database design and query writing skills. - Strong understanding of different python libraries and how the whole RPA - automation works. - Good knowledge of service-oriented architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.- Hands-on experience with React JS is a plus.- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.- Experience in Handling Cloud Servers like Azure, AWS, etc.- Proficient understanding of web markup, including PHP, HTML5, and CSS3. - Good knowledge of server-side CSS preprocessing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.- Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks and libraries including AJAX, jQuery, Angular JS, React JS, etc.- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues. - Person with a track record of delivering innovative solutions in the field of algorithm development.
