Description:
Responsibilities :- Lead the product lifecycle for features impacting A/E/R, including affiliate programs, growth strategies, and operational excellence, from concept to launch and beyond.- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the North Star Metric (NSM) to measure post-launch success and inform future iterations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, senior product managers) to translate customer feedback and business requirements into actionable product roadmaps.- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring clear communication of vision and goals to development teams.- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.- Work closely with the product team to ensure seamless integration of new features and modules, addressing any operational challenges.- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across customer success, engineering, marketing, and external partners.- Document product requirements using Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and User Stories.Qualifications :- MBA with a specialization in Analytics, Strategy, or Marketing (preferred) or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering) with additional product management coursework or experience.- 28-36 months of experience in a technical or product-related role within the tech industry.- Prior experience in a product-based company is a plus.- Proven analytical skills with a strong comfort level working with data, metrics, and KPIs.- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Product Manager (JPM), Associate Product Manager (APM), Product Owner, or similar role in the SaaS, Fintech, or E-commerce domain.- Proficiency in product management tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong understanding of web technologies and digital product development lifecycles (PDLC).- Passion for customer satisfaction and a user-centric approach to product development.- Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CRM tools (Airship, Clevertap) is a plus.- Ability to understand and collaborate effectively with design teams on UX/UI considerations.
