Associate Team Lead - QA
* + Performs complex testing and de-bugging tasks according to company's QA process + Estimates, plans, schedules, and implements testing projects. Leads multiple complex projects and/or projects requiring multiple QA Analysts. Identify and assign resources for projects under the guidance of QA Manager. Provides project status report + Designs and develops quality testing procedures; updates and modifies existing tests as necessary. Identifies and leads the implementation of process improvements. + Defines test objectives and writes test cases and test plans. Reviews test cases for less senior staff and makes recommendations for improvement. + Performs complex functional, application, regression and performance tests. Identifies testing environment needs for projects and coordinates the establishment of the environments. + Provides support for auxiliary QA responsibilities: + Provide leadership for day-to-day QA activities. + Review product documentation for completeness and correctness. + Participate in metrics development, collection and reporting. + Mentor and orient new employees; provide guidance and support for other QA Analysts. + Assists product developers and technical product support specialists in solution of complex installation problems.
