Overview:- We are seeking a talented Azure Synapse Developer to join our dynamic team.- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and analytics, with a focus on Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics.- As an Azure Synapse Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data pipelines and analytics solutions to drive data-driven decision-making within our organization.Job Description:- Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics (or ADB and ADF) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse.- Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models within Azure Synapse to support analytical and reporting requirements.- Query Optimization: Write efficient SQL queries and optimize performance to ensure the responsiveness of data queries and reports.- Data Integration: Integrate data from different sources, both on-premises and cloud, into Azure Synapse for a unified data view.- Data Security: Implement and maintain data security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect sensitive information.- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor data pipelines and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure data availability and accuracy.- Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.- Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of data pipelines, data models, and processes.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Experience with Azure data stack around ADF, ADB, Synapse, ADLSG2 etc.- Proven experience in data engineering and analytics, with a focus on Azure Synapse Analytics.- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure data services is a plus.- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Azure certification(s) related to data engineering or analytics is a plus.Skills & Requirements :Skills : Azure Synapse Analytics , ETL , SQL , Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks , Data WarehousingLocation: Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
