Data Scientist - AdTech DomainLocation : Bangalore - HSR Layout - Sector 2Work from office :Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist ADtech with 3-5 years of strong experience to join our team for online media Domain. As a Data Scientist ADtech, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that will drive the success of online advertising/Media /OTT content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies to optimize ad targeting and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and a passion for leveraging data to solve business problems.Responsibilities :Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze large-scale ad campaign data.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to improve ad targeting strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.Design and build data models and predictive models to optimize ad performance.Develop data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.Monitor and analyze ad campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimizationStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis techniquesDesired Skills & Qualification :Bachelor's or Master's degree, in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related fieldProficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or ScalaStrong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and machine learning algorithmsExperience with big data processing frameworks such as Hadoop or SparkFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
