Job Description :Big4 is hiring for Middleware and Windows operating systems role for Bangalore location on C2H basis for 12 months with a possibility of further extension1. Work as a sole project resource to manage IT infrastructure projects, including planning, design, scheduling, and implementation.2. Create a roadmap/lifecycle for products and come up with proposals on alternative or future products that could be used.3. Coordinate with stakeholders, and other teams to ensure successful project outcomes.4. Evaluate and mitigate project risks and provide/implement solutions to unexpected challenges.5. Manage cost-effectiveness and timely completion of projects. Set project goals, timelines, and deliverables and meet project milestones.6. Identification of risks, issues, and dependencies beforehand and work towards mitigation.Desired Candidate Profile :1. At least 10 years of IT experience with an understanding of Project Management tools, Processes and Strategic planning2. Minimum 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.3. Exposure to IT Infrastructure technologies such as Windows Servers and Operating Systems, SQL Server, Databases, Middleware, etc.4. Excellent communication skills5. Committed and responsible.6. Ability to operate and achieve results in an international IT operation7. Strong analytical skills8. Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under high time pressure.9.
