Job Title: Business AnalystExperience: 2+yrLocation: Pune Budget: 42-45 LPA Education: Bachelor's degree holder, preferably IT based Primary skills: Business Analyst, Product development, Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Visio) and other BPM Software skills. Requirements:- - At least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the product development, sourcing or retail industry - Bachelor's degree holder, preferably IT- based - Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Visio) and other BPM Software skills - A firm understanding of software development methodologies - Good organization, interpersonal skills and communication skills - Self-motivated, analytical-mind and excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a mustResponsibilities: - Collaborate with business users to identify process improvement opportunities using technology - Translate business requirements into functional specifications, guiding the implementation of systems - Assist in designing and implementing streamlined processes - Prepare project documentation (business blueprint document, business requirements document, schedule, etc.), and trainings materials. - Work closely with external software vendors to ensure smooth software development, implementation and maintenance - Ensure all agreed deliverables are delivered in a timely manner and to an optimal level of quality - Provide a second line of support to users - Identify and resolve technical issues (ref:hirist.tech)
