Job Description :The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the organization by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. They work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and analyze data, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans. Key Responsibilities : - Conducting thorough data analysis to identify business trends and insights - Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions - Conducting regular assessments to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions - Preparing and presenting reports on findings and recommendations - Assisting in the development of project plans and timelines - Participating in testing and quality assurance processes - Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams - Identifying and addressing potential operational inefficiencies - Contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field - Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role - Demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis and interpretation - Strong understanding of business processes and operations - Excellent proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools - Proficient in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus - Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in SQL and database management - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards - Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology landscapes - High level of attention to detail and accuracy Skills : communication, business acumen, data analysis (ref:hirist.tech)
