Remote opportunityWork hours : 3pm-11pm IST. Need to be available within a 0-30-day notice period.LPA : 20-22. Must haves :- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master.- Ability to manage Jira board and workflows of data engineering team in agile environment.- Strong Jira experience.- Solid understanding of AWS technologies.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Life Sciences domain experience.Plusses :- Knowledge of architectural patterns with databases, lakehouses, etc.- Knowledge of how Databricks works. Day-to-Day :- Insight Global is hiring a Business Analyst/Scrum Master for one if its top clients in the life sciences industry.- This is a fully remote role based in India and will be supporting a R&D platform within the organizations data analytics team.- The BA/ScrumMaster will work with business/data science stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, write user stories, acceptance criteria, allocate resources and manage Jira board.- The ideal candidate has knowledge have data architecture processes in AWS environment and has strong written and verbal communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
